Return Policy

It is our right to review! If you purchased an item and reconsidered your decision, you have the right to return it. The return must be made within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case, the buyer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping and returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. In case you choose to return your products, you can contact us so that we can send you the completed form for the return. Your refund is made exclusively by crediting the bank account that you will notify us through the form and is made within 14 days from the date we receive the products. Due to the nature of some of our products (used), we always inform you in detail about their condition. However, if in the rare case that you receive the product in a different condition from the one described by mistake (eg bumped during transport), then please inform us immediately.
